This notice explains what InteractiveGame collects when you use this website and what we do with it. InteractiveGame is operated by IM Interactive Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, and we handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number, the products you ask about and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on it. We do not sell your details or pass them to other companies for their own marketing.

Storage and how long we keep it

Enquiries are stored on servers we control. We keep them while we are discussing or delivering your order and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves one setting in your browser, your preferred currency (RM or US$), so prices stay in the currency you chose. If the quote form uses a spam check from Cloudflare, that service may process technical data such as your IP address to tell people from bots.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Send your request through the quote form and say it is a privacy request, and we will reply within one working day.
